Being in the Real Estate Industry for the past 10 years, we have forged many valuable relationships with developers, travel clubs, industry professionals and other high volume outlets. It's through these relationships that we have acquired and actively manage hundreds of timeshare properties and vacation intervals.

Being the direct owner of these units, we are able to pass along many owner benefits to our renters and guests that wouldn't normally be offered in a traditional resort rental.  By working directly with the resort, and bypassing the middleman, we are able to consistently offer our clients rates that are more competitive and richer with benefits than some of the industry gains such as Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, etc...
